Business Development Representative

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in your assigned state/region.
  • New Business Generation: Creating and implementing innovative strategies to generate a steady flow of potential customers and acquire new clients.
  • Excellent Service: Close coordination with the Sales back-office and KAM Refork team to ensure outstanding service and smooth order processing.
  • Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and updating of client data in our modern CRM system.
  • Effective Reporting: Preparing materials for Sales reports and providing regular reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Negotiation Skills: Presenting products and closing deals tailored to customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Market Monitoring: Keeping an eye on market trends, competition activities, and industry developments.
  • Goal Achievement: Actively contributing to meeting individual sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Close collaboration with the sales team and providing constructive feedback for continuous team improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years sales experience in similar position (HORECA, wholesale distribution) is essential.
  • Strong Networker: Possesses strong network of contacts especially in HORECA sector and among wholesale distributors in a given region or area and does not hesitate to leverage them to develop and generate new business.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills with the sales department, KAMs, customer care, and sales back-office.
  • CRM Knowledge: Ability to work efficiently in a CRM system for client data management.
  • Determination: Self-driven with documented results in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the biodegradable products sector is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Hungarian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Romanian etc.) are a plus.
